Covid-19

At Sante Medical, we offer our medical services within Covid safe guidelines. Our infection control policies and recommendations of treatments and vaccination evolve in line with recommendations from Public Health, ATAGI and other authorities. 

Please wear a mask on entry to Sante Medical or we can provide one for you. If inadequate social distancing is possible during busy times in our waiting room, we might ask you to wait outside or in your car. 

Please notify reception ahead of time if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• Fever
• Sore throat
• Cough
• Loss of taste or smell
• Runny nose
• Shortness of breath
• Fatigue
• Vomiting and/or nausea
• Diarrhoea
• Red or irritated eyes

If you have any of the symptoms listed above, you may be instructed to remain in your car while waiting for your appointment.  If you suspect that you have contracted Covid-19, or have tested positive for Covid-19 infection, we are happy to accommodate a telehealth/video conference appointment to advise you of the subsequent steps to be taken. Please let reception know of your situation when booking your appointment. 

We are a Covid-19 Vaccination Provider

Sante Medical is participating in the National Covid-19 Vaccination Roll-Out. We partake in this initiative as it is an important service aimed at benefiting and protecting vulnerable members of our community. We are currently only offering Pfizer Comirnaty to those 12 years old and over and Nuvaxovid (Novavax) for those 18 years old and over. Where possible, please book in for your vaccine via HotDoc for the most up-to-date availability, or call the practice to discuss bookings with our friendly reception staff on 07 3554 0312.
