Dr Jaclyn Montefiore – Medical Director and Founder

Hello, I’m Jackie Montefiore, a fully qualified Medical Doctor with a fellowship in General Practice. Prior to my career in medicine, I was an Accredited Practising Dietitian. In total, I’ve accumulated almost 20 years of experience and education in the fields of medicine and dietetics. However, it’s only been in recent years I’ve discovered the power of using simple but effective lifestyle measures and witnessed the profound effect these can have on improving my patients’ and my own health. I’m passionate about bringing to you the most reliable, unbiased advice to genuinely improve your health status. No expensive supplements, gimmicks or gadgets.

Dr Tiffany Litvine

Dr Tiffany Litvine is an experienced Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Anti-Wrinkle treatment Doctor.  She completed her medical training in Ireland in 2009, before completing her General Practice Fellowship in Australia, working in a variety of city and country locations.

Dr Litvine realised early in her GP career that skin cancer detection and treatment was her passion and obtained advanced clinical certificates in dermoscopy and skin cancer surgery through the Skin Cancer College. She feels strongly about delivering quality care and getting the best possible outcomes for her patients.

When away from work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. Being Belgian-born, Dr Litvine speaks fluent French and enjoys sampling exotic French cuisine, such as boeuf tartare!

Dr Deidre Stark

Dr Deidre Stark is a general practitioner with a special interest in metabolic health, autoimmune conditions, diet, fitness and maximising health while enjoying life. She is a proponent of the low carb/keto lifestyle as well as intermittent fasting and the enormous positive impact they can have. She has completed a science degree in neuroscience and an Arts degree in politics before working internationally as a journalist. Living in Bermuda she decided to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a doctor so returned to study Medicine at University of Queensland graduating with 3 toddlers in tow.

She has worked at the Princess Alexandra, Mater, Prince Charles and recently spent a year working in Logan Hospital Emergency Department. She is an experienced GP who has worked at clinics in Browns Plains, Annerley and Indooroopilly.  In her free time she loves hiking south east Queensland’s incredible tracks and cooking for her children and husband.

Melanie Walters, APD

Melanie Walters is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about food and cooking. She became a dietitian to combine her love of food and desire to help others. Melanie enjoys helping people optimise their health and wellbeing through improving their lifestyle. She provides patients with evidence-based nutrition strategies to help them meet their goals through practical dietary recommendations and sustainable health and lifestyle changes. She has a strong interest in low carbohydrate eating, but understands there is no one diet fits all approach. After some weight gain in her thirties Melanie started experimenting with reducing obvious sources of carbs in her diet, after successfully losing weight she began to research the benefits of low carb eating. She found low carb easy to adapt to a busy lifestyle, including plenty of eating out, and was able to reduce and maintain her weight without feeling restricted. After finding personal success, she has seen similar success with many patients for weight loss and many other chronic conditions. In her spare time, she is busy looking after her two young daughters, collecting recipe books and adapting recipes to reduce carbohydrates (including some delicious desserts!)
