Ingredients
1 pear, diced
1 Tbs of butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup of walnuts (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 dollops of thickened cream
Preparation
- Melt butter or coconut oil in a small saucepan
- Gently fry diced pear pieces
- Add cinnamon and stir
- Divide into 2 bowls and add a dollop of thickened cream to serve
