Ingredients

1 pear, diced

1 Tbs of butter or coconut oil

1/4 cup of walnuts (optional)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 dollops of thickened cream

Preparation

  1. Melt butter or coconut oil in a small saucepan
  2. Gently fry diced pear pieces
  3. Add cinnamon and stir
  4. Divide into 2 bowls and add a dollop of thickened cream to serve
